My wife and I decided to leave the west coast and move to the east coast. The house we bought in CT had a pool which was the first pool we have ever owned. Knowing nothing about pools, opening and maintenance I reached out to several local practitioners. After calling 8+ and getting a "we are too busy" or " we aren't taking on any new accounts" I called Sunrise pools. Joseph responded and I could immediately hear sincerity, attention, empathy and a willingness to take on our account. I was nervous about what Joseph would find when removing the pool cover from the pool that had not been open in 10 years. Joseph was kind enough to even go to do this as I was driving across country, sending me photos and having conversations with me. Unbeknownst to me the equipment was 40+ years old and the water looked like something a swamp creature would emerge from. Never phased Joseph, he attacked everything head on, with positivity and compassion as I was freaking out. We went from a swamp to swim in a matter of 2.5 weeks. I am eternally grateful for Joseph and his work ethic and tenacity. One of the greatest gifts he gave me and my wife was fulfilling a promise we made to our girls 9 and 6. They had a emotional time with the move and we promised them a swimming pool to ease the move. Joseph made it happen.
